June is Here, Yes!

This is going to be quite some month if all goes the way it should, particularly the end of the month which i will have to wait for unfortunately but it will be all worth it when the time comes.

The only bad thing about this month is the Spanish exam on Friday but it shouldn't be any hassle at all.
I'm back to school on Monday, which doesn't really bother me, i want to get back talking to people and friends again, it can feel rather isolated during the holidays sometimes. Also, when i return i will be in different classes so i will have a whole new timetable etc. so i look forward to finding all that out. I only have three weeks of that tho, coz this month also sees the end of the school year! Yay!

Anyhoo, then end of the month (plus a few family members birthdays in between) is what really shapes this month.
One of my cousin's is going to be 21 this month and the weekend on or after her birthday, me and the rest of my family will be travelling to London to surprise her. At first, it only was going to be us, but now it looks like it is going to be a massive family reunion :D
Lauren and her parents are going (well i hope both parents :P), my cousins who live in France and their parents will be going, other cousins in London will be there too, and lastly, my aunt and uncle who live in California are making their way across the pond to visit us. We only just received that news a few days ago so it really has turned into a big get-together and i seriously can't wait!

I remember one of my other cousin's 21st, or maybe 18th birthday that we also went to London for (a surprise again) and that was great, albeit a few years ago now and wasn't as big as this one looks to be. I got some beer too, so if that was a few years ago....*shifty*....maybe there will be more this time!

So the end of the month is what i view as like a big reward for these crappy past couple of months (in terms of school, that is). All aunts, uncles and cousins are set to be there and the last big reunion was March 2007, so it's been a long time, and also, from what i remember, the first reunion that doesn't involve the death of somebody....the last two were when my gran passed away then grandad.
I'm not a big believer in heaven and all that but i still think that when the dead move on they are watching over us in a way, so i am sure gran and grandad would be really happy to see everyone get together and have a fantastic time.

Also, this month has already got off to a good start and it's only 12 hours new. On Rhyn's blog, his most recent post was about him finding some pictures he came across at an anime convention he was was recently at. He got pictures for a few different people and i am lucky enough to be one of those and just there is the one he got me which i really like, so i thought i would share it on here too.

I really like it and i think it was really thoughful so i just want to say thanks to Rhyn and that i will print it off for now, maybe one day i can get my hands on the original copy, that would be great.

Yes Rhyn, So Ends an Era....

*sigh*

JJ has had to delete his blog unfortunately.

The past three months have had their ups and downs and his blog has definetely touched us all, so much has happened in such short time.

Now it's gone.

....don't really know what to say, it's a blow for all of us.

For JJ coz it brought him so much happiness and was a place where he could write whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. It was an outlet.

Now it's gone.

For all the readers, young and old, it was enjoyed by everyone and was a rollercoaster ride to say the least. The blog helped everyone and gave us an insight into three months of JJ's life. I have no doubt many more people read it who didn't comment, maybe they were young and scared and reading the blog helped them out.

Now it's gone.

For me coz i encouraged JJ to start the blog and i thought it would be a good idea. I suggested it because of all the postings on RB he made (i'm sure Tristan didn't mind) and i just knew that what he wrote would make an interesting blog, it did and also be helpful for JJ at the same time.
Perhaps encouraging JJ to start a blog wasn't the best idea, maybe it was, i see two sides to the argument but either way i am still quite upset.
I just feel, now that the blog is gone, that it was bad advice on my part to suggest starting a blog and that's really bugging me, so is the fact that i think the blog should have at least remained open. However, it's not important now, it is irrelevant.

Now it's gone.

Prelim Round-Up and Post-Prelim Ponderings

So yes, today i got the biology cut-off score back and as expected i didn't pass.
I wasn't too disheartened tho as it was always gonna be the out come but now that i have all my results back i thought i would share them with you guys.

So here they are :

(Highest to lowest)


French - A 91%
Spanish - A 88%
Modern Studies - A 79%
Music - A 74%
English - A 68%

Media - C 58%

Biology - F 48%
Maths - F 40%


So yeh, quite a tale of two stores there.
One good half the other, bad.

But i know i can improve, maths is easier to improve on than biology but i still know i can pass them both.

But overall the results are good.
5 A's
1 C
2 F's


Not much interesting stuff happened today in school.

Did my maths test, think it went ok.

Didn't have to present in English :)

Only real tale comes from biology.
We were dissecting a sheep's lungs and heart. Or rather, the teacher was.
We still seen everything tho and heard.
He had to cut through it and it made this horrificly crunchy noise.
And with 5 minutes until the bell let school out, the fire alarm went off!

News got to me that whatever set it off came from Alex's lab but we never found out.
It was annoying tho, coz i wanted to see what the lungs felt like (call me weird :P)
So i dashed back to class, put a glove on and had a feel.
Quite horrible to be honest, and really cold!


But today, nothing was getting me down, i was in high spirits since last night and that continued on right through today.
Reason for this?

Well....

JJ got me a gift :D

An iTunes card.

He called it a late Valentine's present, therefore making it the best Valentine's gift i have ever received.
Yes, it even beats the guitar.
Also my first Valentine's gift from a guy, hopefully that will help set the trend :P

But, its not just the fact that its an iTunes card, its the fact that he went out his way to get it for me.
Rhyn also went out of his way and got me one as well, thought i would wait till now so i can say a big, public thank you to both of them.

It's strange talking in third person when i know you will read this, JJ and Rhyn :P
But the gifts you got me have made me so happy.
Yes, you might be saying it's only an iTunes card but as i said it's more than that. Never does the expense or the size of the gift count and this is reflected through these iTunes cards.

The smallest things are just a token of caring, warmth and love and it means so much to me coz you have made my past few days extremely happy. And you always do, with or without gifts, i love you both.


And that goes for everyone here too, everybody's comments and emails matter to me greatly and i love them and i love all you guys, thank you so much for just being here for me. It means a lot.
